SS501 Kim Hyunjoong‘s Fan Club “Jihoo Hyunjoong Arhi” has been collecting money to celebrate Kim Hyunjoong’s birthday on June 6 and managed to collect 6.060.000 won and donate it to the Beautiful Foundation.
The Fan Club held an event on June 3 with the title “Kim Hyunjoong Birthday Gift Donation” event. And on June 4, it is revealed that the donation which is collected by 200 fans to celebrate Kim Hyunjoong’s birthday has been reach the total number of 6.060.000 won. The fan club will donate the money under his name because they want to help the needy. The donation will be used for residential care facilities and college tuition for the needy people.
Previously on Feb 16,2010 the fan club has also donated big amount of money under the name “Kim Hyunjoong Scholarship Fund”.
The fan club President Jeon EunJoo,” The best gift from the fans is not an expensive gift yet the fans’ love. And that is the reason for us doing this donation, is because we want to cheer Kim Hyunjoong on his birthday as well as helping the neighbors.”
