He's very hardworking... I'm always impressed by how hard SS501 work, both as a group and separately (Heo Young Saeng worked hard at baseball ^^), and by how kind and generous they are to their fans.

Actually, I've noticed that most Korean and Japanese singers tend to be very considerate towards their fans... far more so than those in the UK or America.
