It's not a silly question at all Chayma. This seems to be something that is perhaps unique to Korea and Japan... I'm not really sure. Anyway, when bands are formed, their management usually puts up a fan site for them with a 'cafe' to interact with fans. Basically, this is a place where Park Jung Min will post messages, and where fans can post messages to him... beyond that, I'm not really certain what else is involved.
The first reference I saw to a 'cafe' in this sense was when watching SS501's early mpick episodes where the members talked about interacting with fans in Korea in this way.
In the UK an 'Internet Cafe' is a public place with Internet access that sells drinks and snacks... so perhaps a fan site 'cafe' has some cultural meaning in Korea / Japan that makes more sense than it initially appears to us.
Does that help?

Thanks Unnie . Just one last thing. So the Café (and I'm talking about PJM's café) is not areal place. It's a site web. Like a forum maybe. PS: The place where we can take a café while surfing net it's called "Cyber café" in French and it refers to a public place where we can connect to internet and have café at the same Time. We have such place in my country. Thanks Unnie for the information

Yeah, 'tis a sub-section on www.parkjungmin.net that takes you to www.parkjungmin.net/cafe_index ... the section header has been in place since day one of the site being online, but it just kept saying 'coming soon' whenever clicked on, until it finally opened.
I too will be interested to learn more about the purpose of it as compared to the 'free board' section... seems as though the 'cafe' part is a place our Mal will check out regularly ^^
