well,, just drop by and suddenly saw this spotted pic of Kyu Jong while he was having an ice cream...

Someone actually saw Kyu having ice cream with Kang Ji Young of KARA and some other friend last Saturday. Here's the photo taken by the fan. For the fan account, go here. If somebody translates the fan account, I'd post it here.
