I think it is time now to stop with this rumor
. Mal have never joined Sony Music Taiwan.. So stop with that rumor now 
.You really have to read his MESSAGE @ DSP webby.he said "even though it's true that there have been discussions with big companies within and outside of Korea,
it all ended with no conclusion.".
"Also, up till now, I've not signed a contract anywhere"
I don't think there is some think much more clear then this
PS: I hope the other members just follow MAL's step and clarify their situations whith an official MESSAGE from them so everything will be clear.

It looks like SS501’s Park Jung Min is following the leader Kim Hyun Joong’s footsteps. After the end of the contract between SS501 and DSP Entertainment, Kim Hyun Joong decided to not renew his contract but leave the company for Keyeast Entertainment.
The fate of the other members were still left up in the air. But recently, news have come up about Park Jung Min joining a Taiwanese company. Though nothing has been officially stated, he supposedly has joined the Sony Music Taiwan.
SS501 is already very popular in Taiwan so I wouldn’t be surprised if Park Jung Min did decide to join a foreign company. But Park Jung Min himself stated in a self-penned message on DSP website this afternoon that he has not signed any contract yet. Contract talks are ongoing but there are no results yet.
DSP Entertainment stated about the other members, “Kim Hyung Joon will continue hosting his radio show. The rest are taking a break for now.”
